Order Processing & Lead Times
Many of our items are made to order or custom configured. Because of this, lead times may vary depending on the product, finish, and quantity selected.
Estimated lead times are provided on individual product pages. If you have questions or would like confirmation before placing an order, we’re happy to assist.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via FedEx, with the shipping method determined by the size and weight of the item.
Smaller items typically ship via FedEx Ground, while larger or heavier items may require freight-style delivery coordinated through FedEx.
For larger items:
-Delivery is curbside
-An appointment may be scheduled prior to delivery
-Someone must be available to receive the shipment

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included where noted. Any applicable delivery details will be clearly communicated prior to shipment.
