LuxCraft products include a limited lifetime residential warranty, with specific coverage terms outlined below.
LuxCraft Warranty Overview
LuxCraft products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for residential use and a five (5) year warranty for commercial use, effective from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What Is Covered
Under normal residential use, the LuxCraft warranty generally covers:
-Structural integrity of poly material
-Defects in materials or workmanship
-UV-stabilized poly material that resists fading and deterioration
Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally during the applicable warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
The LuxCraft warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear
-Surface scratches or cosmetic blemishes
-Natural expansion or contraction due to temperature or humidity changes
-Color changes caused by prolonged sun exposure or environmental conditions
-Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
-Rust or corrosion resulting from environmental conditions (including coastal areas)
-Compression or flattening of cushions and foam
-Damage caused by improper installation or placement
Cushions and fabric components are covered separately and are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one (1) year under residential use.

We will assist in coordinating the warranty review with the manufacturer and guide you through the next steps.
At the manufacturer’s discretion, warranty service may include repair, replacement, or substitution of similar materials or components.
